Return and Refund Policy
At YAWM, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Policy

1. Return Period

   • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

2. Conditions for Returns

   • Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
   • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags are not eligible for return.

3. Excluded Items

   • Underwear, swimwear, and sale items cannot be returned.

4. Return Procedure

   • Let us know that you want to return something via this link: https://shopify.com/75258167563/account
     
   • We will send you a return form and instructions on how to send back your item(s).
   • Pack the items securely and include the completed return form.

Refund Policy

1. Processing Refunds
   

   • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
   • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
     
     

2. Shipping Costs
   

   • You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the item received was defective or damaged.

   • In case of a return, an amount of €7,95 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs
     
     

    

    3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return procedure and indicate which item you would like in exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will send the replacement item to you.
